Part of the work we put into designing beautiful homes is keeping in mind our client’s direction— our projects are only considered complete once clients could finally call it their own.
The challenge for this 200sqm Townhouse Developer located in San Juan was to create a project that could fit the tastes of different home buyers, without sacrificing luxury and design.
Each corner of the house was designed with families in mind— from creating gender neutral bedrooms to incorporating design cues that don’t skip on luxury such as pocket gardens, balconies, and ‘Instagrammable’ public areas, IEO’s expertise in designing for every clientele (corporate and individual) shines through.
